One doctor. Every stage.

Your body has chapters.
We know all of them.

Most clinics treat a symptom. We follow a life — so the person who guided your first cycle is the same one who holds your hand at delivery, and checks in six weeks after.

Chapter One

Understanding what's normal — and what isn't

Irregular cycles, painful periods, PCOS, unexplained weight shifts, that thing you googled at 2am. Nothing is too small or too awkward to bring here.

  • Cycle & hormone evaluation, PCOS management
  • Contraception counselling, without judgement
  • Infections, discharge, intimate health concerns
  • Adolescent & first-visit gynaecology
Chapter Two

The waiting is the hardest part. You won't do it alone.

A clear plan instead of guesswork — timed cycles, honest odds, and escalation to IUI or IVF only when it genuinely helps. Dr Hemangi is an FMAS laparoscopic surgeon, so surgical causes are found early, not after years.

  • Fertility workup for both partners
  • Ovulation induction & follicular monitoring
  • IUI and IVF planning, step by step
  • Diagnostic & operative laparoscopy, hysteroscopy
Chapter Three

Nine months of knowing what's normal, and what isn't

Structured antenatal care with the scans and screenings that matter, and clear guidance between appointments — because "is this normal?" shouldn't wait two weeks.

  • Complete antenatal package, trimester by trimester
  • High-risk pregnancy & gestational diabetes care
  • Growth scans, birth planning, nutrition guidance
  • Plain answers to the small worries between appointments
Chapter Four

After the baby, someone should still be asking about you

Recovery, feeding, mood, pelvic floor, intimacy, contraception, and the slow work of feeling like yourself again — followed properly, not squeezed into the baby's checkup.

  • Postpartum recovery & lactation support
  • Postnatal mood screening and referral
  • Pelvic floor, scar and intimate wellness care
  • Perimenopause & long-term hormonal health

When the answer isn't
just keep trying

Fertility care goes wrong in two directions — waiting too long, or rushing to IVF before anyone looked for the real cause. Dr Hemangi's surgical training means structural problems get identified early; her fertility practice means you only escalate when escalation is the honest answer.

A fertility plan starts by mapping what's actually going on: your history, both partners' reports, and a written timeline of what happens next and roughly what it will cost.

About the doctor

The doctor 50,000 women
already follow for answers

Dr Hemangi built a following by doing something unusual online — explaining gynaecology plainly, without shame and without scare tactics. The clinic runs on the same principle: you should leave a consultation understanding your own body better than when you walked in.

She trained as an obstetrician and gynaecologist, went on to become an FMAS-certified minimal access surgeon, and practises across fertility, high-risk obstetrics and aesthetic medicine — a range that means fewer referrals and more continuity for the women she treats.

Questions people actually ask

Appointments are not being scheduled at the moment. Email the clinic and the team will tell you what is currently possible and, if Dr Hemangi cannot see you herself, point you to someone nearby who can.

The condition guides, the week-by-week pregnancy journey and the service pages are written to be read on their own — plain explanations of what is happening in your body, what is worth investigating and what is not. They are not a substitute for being examined, and they never have been.

Any records the clinic holds are visible only to Dr Hemangi and are never shared, sold or used for marketing. This website itself does not ask you for medical information. You can request a copy of your records, or their deletion, at any time by writing to the clinic.

Email the clinic from the address it already has for you, saying roughly when you were last seen. Records are released to the patient themselves, so you may be asked to confirm a detail before anything is sent.
