A plan, not a waiting game

Structural causes found early by a laparoscopic surgeon, and escalation to IUI or IVF only when it genuinely improves your odds.

When the answer isn't
just keep trying

Fertility care goes wrong in two directions — waiting too long, or rushing to IVF before anyone looked for the real cause. Dr Hemangi's surgical training means structural problems get identified early; her fertility practice means you only escalate when escalation is the honest answer.

A fertility plan starts by mapping what's actually going on: your history, both partners' reports, and a written timeline of what happens next and roughly what it will cost.

1

Write to the clinic

hello@drhemangi.in — say roughly what is going on and how urgent it feels. That is enough to start with.

2

A person replies

Answers come from the clinic on working days, and will say what is possible now and, if Dr Hemangi cannot see you herself, who nearby can.

3

Read up in the meantime

The condition guides and the week-by-week pregnancy journey here are written to be understood, not to sell you an appointment.

Common questions

Appointments are not being scheduled at the moment. Email the clinic and the team will tell you what is currently possible and, if Dr Hemangi cannot see you herself, point you to someone nearby who can.

The condition guides, the week-by-week pregnancy journey and the service pages are written to be read on their own — plain explanations of what is happening in your body, what is worth investigating and what is not. They are not a substitute for being examined, and they never have been.

Any records the clinic holds are visible only to Dr Hemangi and are never shared, sold or used for marketing. This website itself does not ask you for medical information. You can request a copy of your records, or their deletion, at any time by writing to the clinic.

Email the clinic from the address it already has for you, saying roughly when you were last seen. Records are released to the patient themselves, so you may be asked to confirm a detail before anything is sent.

No — and please don't rely on it. The inbox is for questions about the clinic, your records and anything on this website that looks wrong. It is read during working hours by the team, not around the clock by a doctor.

Go to your nearest emergency department, immediately. Heavy bleeding, severe pain, reduced fetal movement, waters breaking or contractions five minutes apart are not things to email, message or wait on.
